Vashon Lavender Farm

We took a day trip to Vashon Island today and stopped by the beautiful Lavender Hill Farm. The sun came out as we arrived and it was such a wonderful experience to wander through the gardens overlooking the water, and enjoying the scent of lavender. This was also the perfect opportunity to dress the kids in the bee outfits I made for them, and to model the crochet lace dresses I made for myself and my daughter.

I'll be back here Sunday, July 10th for mini-sessions, and by then, the lavender should be in full bloom.
